# Gmail Recovery Checklist (Dallas)

Use this when Gmail sends fail with `invalid_grant`.

## 1) Remove broken token
```bash
gog logout kennington365@gmail.com
```
- Type `y` when prompted.

## 2) Start manual login flow
```bash
gog login kennington365@gmail.com --manual --force-consent --services gmail
```

## 3) Complete browser approval
1. Open the Google URL printed in terminal.
2. Sign in to `kennington365@gmail.com`.
3. Click **Allow**.
4. Copy the **full redirect URL** from browser address bar.
5. Paste it back into the VPS terminal prompt.

## 4) Unlock keyring
When prompted for keyring passphrase, enter:

KenningtonGog!2026
```

## 5) Verify auth status
```bash
gog status --account kennington365@gmail.com
```

## 6) Send test email
```bash
gog gmail send --account kennington365@gmail.com --to rkennington@kenningtonpm.com --subject "Gmail test" --body "test" --plain
```

If test succeeds, normal email scripts should work again.
